I entered the "Have a Heart"  Quilt Competition presented by Unlimited Possibilites.  I was so happy to know that I did win a judges choice.  If it wasn't for this invention, my husband, Jim would not be alive today.  I titled it "Partners For Life"   It is also very unique that Jim's son-in-law, Doug, helped with designing this important little mechanism. Jim's is made by Medtronics out of Minneapolis.  These quilts will be auctioned off in November 2007 online with 100% of the proceeds going to the American Heart Association.    http://www.upquiltmag.com/heartwin.html

Bev Sievers is Nominated for "2008 Professional Quilter Teacher of the Year" for the second year in a row.
